Ireland 2019

Tied together a visit to the medieval port of Youghal and Lismore with a sight seeing tour of the Blackwater River yesterday. Rick and Jane joined us for a few days from their home in Exmouth. Great to get back together with them after our last visit 10 years ago. Our first house exchange was with Rick and Jane in August of 2001. We’ve had fun on walks and generally exploring the area and catching up. We made our way back from Kilcrohane and are back in Cobh and doing more exploring. Off to my birthday dinner. We keep picking up doggie friends, missing Charlie I think. 

Endless trails on the rocky 30km long peninsula of Sheep’s Head . There are 2 pubs in the village we are staying in so we won’t go thirsty.
